The history of our company dates back to the early 1980s when the Management Board of the company RKS Czempiń decided to build a fruit and vegetables processing plant in Jarogniewice. The objective of the plant was to process the crops obtained from more than 2,000 hectares of the neighbouring land.

At the beginning of the 1990s, the processing plant was adapted to the market requirements with the development of modern and fully automatic technological lines in each production division. At that time the freezing company has been equipped with devices from companies such as STALASTRA, FRIGOSCANDIA and URSCHEL.

The restructuring of RKS Czempiń resulted in the setting up the “Champion” company in Jarogniewice in 1999, from which the freezing department singled out in 2002 and the freezing company FROST Barbara Wegenke was established.

In March 2013, with a large share of EU funds, the second factory was built in Ponętów Górny Pierwszy (on the boarder of provinces Wielkopolska (Great Poland) and Kujawsko-Pomorskie (Kuyavia-Pomerania), near Koło) and the second company FROST II Limited Liability Limited Partnership was established.
